Welcome to Reading Between the Lines, the blog presence of the Oregon City Library's Teen Advisory Group. The purpose of this blog is to share news, book reviews, music and movie reviews, information about library events, and anything/everything else that is of interest to teen library users. If you would like to submit content for the blog*, please email us at oregoncitylibrary@gmail.com. We would be thrilled to post your book reviews, movie musings, music rants, random thoughts, or anything else you wish to share that relates (however loosely) to what we do here at the Oregon City Public Library.

This blog is a Limited Public Forum between City Departments and members of the Public. We welcome your comments on our postings (with a few rules, as follows).

According to the City of Oregon City's official Web 2.0 policy:

"City Web 2.0 site articles and comments containing any of the following forms of content shall not be allowed:

A. Comments not topically related to the particular social medium article being commented upon;
B. Comments in support of or opposition to political campaigns or ballot measures;
C. Profane language or content;
D. Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of membership in a protected class;
E. Sexual content or links to sexual content;
F. Solicitations of commerce;
G. Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity;
H. Information that may tend to compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems."
